Why Becoming an Accredited Training Centre Matters
I’m currently pushing hard to secure full accreditation working towards my dream of creating a training centre. Why is that so important? My Personal Upgrade: The Level 3 AET
I’m not content to stand still. Right now, I’m completing my Level 3 AET (Adult Education and Training) qualification, taking my teaching skills to a whole new level. I’ve got the health and safety background, but this additional credential ensures I’m delivering what you need in a way that’s simple, direct, and effective. By merging proven teaching techniques with my existing expertise, I can promise more engaging sessions and real-world application, rather than just theory that fades by Monday morning.
Real Quality Control: IQA & EQA
Quality control isn’t just a buzzword here. I’ve appointed an Independent Quality Assurer (IQA) —an unbiased pro who will keep my standards high and my content on point. On top of that, the External Quality Assurer (EQA), chosen by the awarding body, adds another layer of scrutiny. This two-tiered quality check ensures the training you get isn’t just good—it’s great. It’s independently verified, top to bottom, with no shortcuts and no compromises.
